Well so much for Philly being my nine point winner and me getting a decent score this week. The Raiders were just too much and the Eagles barely won the game. Congrats to 1) Dale, 2) CrisE, 3) MikeH, 4) Matt, and Jim and SteveS tying for 5th. Wait... WHAT?... the Raiders WHAT?... lateral... fumble... WHAT?... TOUCHDOWN EAGLES!!!!! They win by nine? You have got to be kidding me right?

Whoa Nellie, Hold the presses, Did anyone get the number on that truck, It ain't over until it's over, UNBELIEVABLE!

I turned off the TV when Philly kicked the field goal and called it a night. Couldn't believe what had happened, but I was happy I got my 9!

At any rate, Dale still took the week with 46 points, his first, 1st place in TWFP and second time cashing in his rookie year. In 2nd place was our resident webmaster and IT guy Steven with 41 points. Nancy gets on the board for the first this year in 3rd with 39. And we had a three way tie for 4th between CrisE, Doodles and MikeH. Honorable mention goes to SteveS with 37.CONGRATS TO THE WINNERS!

For the overall points, SamK extends his lead by a couple of points to 35, CrisE moves into the top group in 2nd.(take that SteveG) BrianF and Rory drop one spot to 3rd and 4th. And LarryA takes sole possession of 5th. On their heals, Joy is making her move just 4 points off the pace and Todd too. It's going to be fun to watch it play out over the next four weeks.

Okay the last week of the regular season is here and all games will be on Sunday. I will set the spreads and send out the pick sheet on FRIDAY to get us the most accurate lines possible.

Ho Ho Ho and away we go...

Taking 1st place in week 15 was Randi with 49 points. That's her second, first place of the season and third time in the honey. 2nd place went to ChrisM with 47 points, breaking a dry spell for him going back to week 14 of 2016. 3rd place was a tie between Antonio and Jack with 46. And the consolation prize is also a tie for beer money between BrianC and Fast Eddie with 45. Honorable mention went to Jeff and JoseC with 44. CONGRATS TO THE WINNERS!

For the overall race to be the 2017 Champion, SamK keeps his grip on the top spot with a 33 point lead! BrianF moves up to 2nd place. Rory drops one spot to 3rd. Todd moves up into the top group in 4th, and LarryA drops one spot to 5th.

With five weeks to go, everyone in the top 20 still has a shot at the title. For the rest of us, there's still lots of cash to be acquired weekly, you just gotta pick em good.

Two games on tap for today. I'm going with Baltimore for 1, and Minnesota for 2. Get your picks in by game time if you are playing those.

It's that exciting time of the year with seventeen straight days of football to watch. WOOHOO!

And the rich just keep getting richer... Taking 1st place last week, from The Woodlands of Texas was JoseC with 47 points. This is his second 1st place, and his third time cashing in. Not bad for his first year in TWFP.

In 2nd place was Danny Gonzo with 45 points. Another one having a good year with his third time in the cash. 3rd place went to MikeM with 41 points his first mention of the season. Dave took 4th place with 40, and his buddy JakeFSF got the consolation prize with 39. Honorable mention goes to Louie and Rory with 38. Second honorable mention to Don, Jack, Rick and Romy. Third honorable mention to Chon, Doodles, JakeT and Robert. 4th... okay enough of that. CONGRATS TO THE WINNERS!

For the overall points total, the top five stayed the same, just the positions changed with SamK holding tight to 1st, Rory in 2nd, BrianF 3rd, Mr. Consistent Rudy in 4th and LarryA in 5th.
